Description
Colour image taken at Tara Hills research station shows a team undertaking lamb tailing. Lambs have their tails docked to help keep their rear ends clean, which reduces the risk of fly strike. The penned lambs are awaiting the procedure and the lambs outside of the pen have had their tails docked. Tara Hills research station is approximately 10km north of Mosgiel, Otago.
